Design Requirements and Considerations

Here is a list of things which need to be remembered or taken into consideration when designning the Pillow dome.

• Tefzel should not be used as a hinge for doors or flaps because it weakens if repeatably bent and will eventually fail.
• Tefzel is *not* a UV blocker. So you need to consider the effects of UV rays on all other components of the structure as well as everything you might put inside the structure. Including people!
